I started ASR Human Resources Solutions Ltd to provide a service to small business in need of HR support with a focus on helping them achieve their commercial goals while understanding the benefits of combining these with good HR practice. The purpose of ASR is to be of benefit to a small business helping them to achieve what they do well and getting the best from their key resource – their people. 

In addition ASR diversified into working with larger organizations with established HR teams in need of additional HR help, whether from a strategic perspective or providing assistance with a heavy operational workload. 

The main focus of ASR is to provide flexible HR input as and when required rather than you the business committing to a fixed term interim contract.
